This product is made of QT500-7 ductile cast iron material. It is precisely cast after ballizing and spheroidizing treatment. Its mechanical properties are stable, and its tensile strength, toughness and impact resistance are significantly superior to those of gray cast iron, meeting the requirements for long-term heavy-load use in municipal roads.
The product adopts a non-settlement structural design. The well ring is equipped with a widened flange support surface, which can effectively transfer the vehicle load to the pavement base, reducing the local stress around the well, and structurally inhibiting the settlement of the well cover, the damage of the well ring and the cracking of the pavement. The gap lock + elastic buffer structure between the well cover and the well ring is used, combined with the rubber sealing ring, to achieve anti-jump, anti-vibration, noise reduction and sealing functions, effectively reducing abnormal vehicle noise and the infiltration of rainwater, debris and other substances.
The product has safety features such as anti-theft, anti-slip and anti-fall. The surface has clear anti-slip patterns, and the bearing capacity complies with the requirements of GB/T 23858 standard. It can provide multiple load levels such as C250, D400 and E600. The overall anti-corrosion treatment ensures strong weather resistance and long service life, and is suitable for various inspection well systems in urban main roads, highways, parking lots, municipal pipelines and other places.
